Icing Roses

Well, here it is, the result of the final class of Wilton Course 1. We learned how to do roses tonight. I was really nervous about it, but it turned out to be a lot easier than I thought. Now I know they're not perfect, but much better than I had expected. I start Course 2 in February. It has been so fun!! :)

Cupcakes!

So hey! I don't know why this is underlining everything, but I decorated these lovely cupcakes in class tonight. Yeah, Abram looks a little funny. But hey, I'm just a beginner. Enjoy!

Cake, Curtains and Sunday Night Funsies!

Hooray! Things are going pretty well here. I completed my first cake class assignment and the curtains for the kitchen. We also had an awesome time last night at the Barker's in Stansbury. We had fun playing Wii and dining on some delectable porcupine meatballs. HAZAH!!

Happy New Year

We had a wonderful New Year's party this year. Lots of food, friends and fun. Mom, Dad, Baron, Brie, Autumn, Leslie, David, Michele and Kory were all in attendance. It's he most packed house we've had yet, and it was great! Special thanks to Mom for her most excellent quiches and Hawaiian meatballs, not to mention the 2009 charade game. Also thanks to Autumn and Leslie for the queso and fresh guacamole. Delish! We had fun playing Wii Bowling, charades, and a crazy 3-player Super Mario. Unfortunately I only took about 3 pictures. Oh well. Thanks to all for coming and we hope that 2010 is a good year!!

Christmas Decorations '09

So here it is! My first ever attempt at a homemade gingerbread house. Indeed, a little overdone, but I just couldn't help myself!

We had a great time at Baron & Donette's Halloween party. There was great food and lots of fun, not to mention some great costumes!!
