Basket Cake
Well, here it is, the one thing I have to show for Wilton Course 2. We spent 3 weeks learning different kinds of flowers: daisies, roses, daffodils, mums, apple blossoms, violets and primroses. (Pansies too, but I didn't put them on this cake). And tonight we learned the rope border and the basket weave techniques. Now if only it could start looking like this outside, eh? :)

Impressive! How long did this take? Surely you didn't create it all in one evening?! That basket weave looks tedious. How did you get everything so even? The little white blossoms are cute. Awww...if only pink and yellow and spring green were just around the corner.
